Part of a small series of animal paintings I was doing in watercolor earlier this year. I have a small fascination with sea creatures, and the octopus

in particular is an amazing creature (did you know they have three brains?!) This octopus is not a member of any particular species, although the

texture on his skin is modeled loosely after a Veined Octopus. He does have a rather sinister, sneaky look about him, though...
